Kimberly Caudle Lewis is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of PROJECTXYZ, Inc. Ms. Lewis founded PROJECTXYZ in 2002 as a minority-owned, woman-owned small business under the US Small Business Administration’s government contracting program. As CEO, Ms. Lewis has established PROJECTXYZ as a company committed to excellence in providing engineering, logistics, programmatic, and alternative energy solutions for government customers around the world. Today under her leadership, the company has grown to over 100 employees and has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the US. Prior to starting PROJECTXYZ, Ms. Lewis served in several management and leadership roles where she managed large scale technology implementations and projects for Fortune 500 healthcare companies. A Huntsville, Alabama native, Ms. Lewis has a Computer Information Systems degree from John C. Calhoun State Community College and has completed executive and leadership development programs over the course of her career. In 2019, Ms. Lewis was the first African American woman appointed to serve as Board Chair of the Huntsville/Madison Chamber of Commerce. As a role model, leader, and community advocate, Ms. Lewis serves on numerous boards and actively supports organizations to include HEALS, Inc., Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC), the National Children’s Advocacy Center, Huntsville Association of Small Businesses in Advanced Technology (HASBAT), Women in Defense (WID), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and the North Alabama International Trade Association (NAITA).
Larry Lewis is cofounder and president of PROJECTXYZ, Inc. Mr. Lewis has over 20 years of experience in government contracting, business, and technical leadership roles. As president, he leads corporate development activities, business development, strategic planning and partnerships, new venture development, acquisitions, and financial management. Prior to joining PROJECTXYZ, Mr. Lewis served in management, technical, and leadership roles with several Huntsville-based 8(a) companies and as vice president of corporate development and Information Technology for Madison Research Corporation where he managed multiple programs and projects to include the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command Simulation Center at Redstone Arsenal and the Battle Command Battle Lab in Ft. Gordon, GA. Mr. Lewis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Industrial Management and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Additionally, he holds a certificate in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Alabama Huntsville.
Vice President of International Programs
Mr. Selvaggio has served as vice president of PROJECTXYZ, Inc. since 2013 where he leads several international and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs for Air Defense Weapon System modernization and sustainment support activities. His experience spans over 30 years in the design, development, manufacturing, and product support of military weapons systems. Additionally, he provides international marketing, expertise, specifically in the FMS arena. Throughout his career, Mr. Selvaggio has served in numerous positions including senior-level executive, engineering, and technical positions with Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Huntsville-based Madison Research Corporation (acquired by Kratos in 2009), and with Ford Aerospace, working exclusively on the company’s missile systems engineering and product support programs.
Rebekka L. Collier Johnson, CPA
Vice President of Finance and Accounting
Rebekka Collier Johnson is vice president of Finance and Accounting for PROJECTXYZ, Inc. and has over 10 years of experience in consulting, advisory, and tax services for various industries including biotechnology, government contracting, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, and real estate with annual revenues ranging from $500k to $120 million. She previously was the CFO and finance director for an aerospace government contractor and a former tax manager for Anglin, Reichmann, Snellgrove & Armstrong, P.C. in Huntsville. Professional and civic affiliations include Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Red Cross Gala Committee, Still Serving Veterans Committee, and a former board member of the Federal Tax Clinic Board of Directors and the Court Appointed Juvenile Advocates (CAJA) of Madison County.
Executive Vice President Premier Inc.
Riley Henderson is Executive Vice President and co-founder of Premier Professional Systems, Incorporated. Premier was acquired by PROJECTXYZ, Inc. in 2015 and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of PROJECTXYZ, where the combined companies provide flexibility, consolidated infrastructure, and strength. Mr. Henderson brings over 40 years of experience in a variety of disciplines including, logistics management, field maintenance services and logistics operations, furniture and base operations management, systems engineering, and executive level management. Mr. Henderson manages General Services Administration (GSA) contract activity, the US Army Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) task for software support, Field Services for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and base operations elements at Fort Bragg NC and in Fort Benning, GA.
Vice President and Senior Program Manager for Security Assistance Programs
Dave Routh joined PROJECTXYZ, Inc. in 2016 and brings over 25 years of experience serving in both management and leadership positions for the Department of Army civil service and industry. In his role at PROJECTXYZ, he leads the company’s US Army Security Assistance Command contract and previously served as vice president of security assistance programs at Sigmatech, Inc. Prior to retiring from the Department of the Army, Mr. Routh was the deputy director of the US Army AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) and has held various leadership positions supporting US Army FMS Aviation & Missile Weapon Systems at Redstone Arsenal, AL and St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Anthony Caudle, DBA
Director of Life Cycle Logistics
Dr. Anthony Caudle, DBA serves as the Director of Life Cycle Logistics for PROJECTXYZ, Inc. and leads corporate activities for the Missile Defense Agency and several US Army programs. He brings over 40 years of industry and government experience and is responsible for strategic plans and logistic budgets to support corporate growth and objectives. Previous senior level leadership roles held included working with Huntsville-based small businesses Sigmatech and MJLM Federal Services; PEO Missiles and Space supporting Sustainment Management and Logistics; Chief for the Ordnance Munitions Electronics Maintenance School (OMEMS) Warrant Officer Training Division. Dr. Caudle is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Five.
Director of Business Development
Lisa Cox has over 15 years’ experience in business development activities to assist businesses in posturing for future growth. Her expertise includes positioning and capture planning, competitive intelligence, research, and strategic marketing. She brings 13 years’ experience supporting US Army Project Offices providing business and analytical support. She joined PROJECTXYZ in 2019 after working for COLSA Corporation where she supported various phases of proposal planning and development. She currently serves as sponsorships chair for Huntsville’s Space and Missile Defense Symposium Planning Committee and has served in roles supporting several Huntsville community organizations to include Leadership Management Academy, NDIA, AUSA, Women in Defense, HASBAT, Pope John Paul II Catholic High School Strategic Planning Committee, the American Cancer Society, and the Greater Huntsville Humane Society.
