8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides our customers with flexible access to customized IT solutions. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses. 8(a) STARS II allows directed task order awards for orders under $4 million, including options. 8(a) STARS II offers fixed price, time and materials, labor hour, and blended task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and meeting your mission requirements.

The AMCOM EXPRESS (Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services) program provides Blanket Purchase Agreements in four Domains: Business and Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Technical. PROJECTXYZ is a sub-contractor in each of the four domains and is able to provide support to AMCOM, Multiple U.S. Army PEOs, AMRDEC, and other U.S. Army organizations.

R2-3G is the U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. It is available to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies to provide support in Technology Insertion/Systems Integration/Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, Installation, Hardware, Test and Evaluation, Certification, Studies and Alayses, Technical Data Management, and Logistics Support. As a sub-contractor, PROJECTXYZ provides support to the U.S. Army on the R2-3G contract.

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s contract vehicle for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas and can be utilized by Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps.
